Returns Policy

We hope you love your purchase from American Mahjong London. If you're not completely satisfied, here's what you need to know.

Your right to cancel Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, for any reason.

To exercise this right, please contact us at hello@americanmahjonglondon.com within 14 days of delivery.

Returning your item Items must be returned unused and in their original condition and packaging. You are responsible for the cost of return postage. We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Defective or damaged items If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at hello@americanmahjonglondon.com within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund including return postage at no cost to you.

Exchanges We do not offer exchanges at this time.
